Novota Industries is a partnership company started by two highly qualified and experienced Technocrats. The partners, Mr. S. N. Patil and Mr. R. Y. Novota Industries has been established in 2007 to market and supply all innovative range of products like: Sunsheetal: This is a heat reflective paint that can withstand temperatures up to 120oC and it controls heat transfer by re-radiation of solar heat. This results in lower roof temperatures, up to 20C, depending on the substrate. The temperature within the premises will be correspondingly lower and will result in lower air conditioning cost. Microspheres Sheetal-Mat: This is a self adhesive mat which may be applied on metal surfaces. The other side is coated with a high emissivity, high albedo paint. This mat provides excellent insulative properties along with excellent re-radiation of solar energy. Ceracoat-1800: This is a high emissivity coating meant for refractory surfaces, its service temperature is up to 1800oC. Application of Ceracoat increases radiant heat transfer to the load by re-radiation of heat from the furnace walls to the load. This results in faster heating up of the load as compared to uncoated refractory walls. Faster heat up results in energy saving. Ceracoat may be applied in kilns, re-heat furnaces, annealing furnaces and heat treatment furnaces with significant savings in energy costs. Ceracoat-1000 : This is a high emissivity coating meant for refractory surfaces, its service temperature is up to 1000oC. Tempshield (LT): This is a high emissivity coating meant for metal surfaces, its service temperature is up to 200oC. Application of Tempshield (LT) increases radiant heat transfer to the load by re-radiation of heat from the furnace walls to the load. Novopeel : It is strippable polymer coating designed for use on a wide variety of surfaces. The main application is on substrates where temporary protection of the surface is desired. Dry film thickness ranging between one and ten mills can be obtained depending on the wet film thickness. The films are clear, VOC free and UV resistant and protect the coated surface from paint over spray.
